CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
This only applies to orders outside the UK: Customs duty & taxes (VAT) are not included in the prices you see at the checkout, and you may be required to pay Import Duties and VAT upon receipt of your order or at a later date, depending on the requisites of your customs authority. These charges must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any import duties or fees charged upon arrival to any other country. Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimise the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labelling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in an email to our support team. We are more than happy to follow your instructions.
COLLECTIONS (Commercial Only)
We do allow orders to be collected from our UK or China warehouse. Please note this must be agreed to by our team before arranging collection. This service only applies to our commercial customers. A suitable date and time will be approved by both parties. The persons/company collecting should notify our team 30mins before collection. CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY DELIVERY
During the period of 1st December to 24th December please understand that we may experience some delays with handling your order and delivery times. During this period we are particulary busy and we appreciate your kind patience and understanding. Please kindly note the last order date for deliveries before Christmas is as follows:

Tracking your order
Once your order is placed, you'll be able to check its progress easily. You will be sent a shipping notification (by email or SMS) once your order has been dispatched which will include your tracking number. Your order will be delivered to the address given by you at the time of the order and, unless you have requested otherwise, a signature will be needed at the point of delivery. A card will be left if no-one is available to receive your parcel and you will be able to arrange a re-delivery directly with the courier via their SMS or email service. Our couriers aims to deliver by the end of each working day, but parcels typically arrive before noon. This often means you'll receive your order less than 24 hours after it was placed (if your in the UK). Proof of delivery can be provided by us if needed, including the name of whoever signed for the parcel.
