Memoirs Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, international fine dining in the heart of Colchester’s Town centre. With vaulted ceilings, period architecture and ornate artwork, the room is packed with character and, with a small amount of refurbishment, has become an exceptional venue. The style is modern and refined, complementing the grandeur of the building and its history. The addition of a custom made cocktail bar and design embellishments with the drapery and furniture, has seen our vision realised and we are very proud of the room's new look.
