Elements brings the heat to Doha with the BBQ Pit, a new culinary experience that allows temperatures to rise. Inspired by the restaurant’s namesake, the BBQ Pit incorporates fire – one of the four elements - for a culinary experience like no other. Set in the restaurant’s chic outdoor terrace, the bespoke private dining experience features a six-course menu, prepared tableside by a private chef. The concept, which is the first and only of its kind in Doha, artfully showcases tableside cooking – from showmanship and flair, to intuitive, personalised service from our chef and service staff.
The BBQ Pit offers two distinct menus to select from – either the Western Side of the Flame or Asian Side of the Grill. A sampling of savoury dishes include smoky, unmistakable flavours and textures such as grilled foie gras; salmon with white asparagus and orange espuma; lemongrass shrimp with peanut sauce; marinated lamp chops; and Omaha tenderloin, all barbecued to perfection.
