International Delivery
We offer delivery of selected products from our website to most international destinations. This is an insured, door-to-door service and may require a signature on delivery. Delivery of your order will usually be made within 5 working days of your order being placed but can take up to 10 working days depending upon customs clearance (Subject to stock availability). For pre orders please refer to the information on the product page and cart page of estimated shipping date.

For all international countries, the price you pay will exclude all relevant import duty and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from Customs. We recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
- Importer of Record (This is the U.S. based company who is taking responsibility for the shipment entering the United States).
- Federal Tax ID # for the Importer of Record (please include name and address associated with the Tax ID number).
- Private individual customers ordering our products are not required to provide any of the above information.
Unfortunately, due to carrier issues, we are currently unavailable to deliver to Russia.
